Niseko In-House Dining is a small team of dedicated professionals, passionate about Hokkaido and Japanese food, as well as the people who make it. We are inspired by one goal: bringing food, warmth and happiness into the homes and chalets of Niseko visitors and local residents.

Born in France, the owner Syv Bruzeau has been extensively traveling and living abroad, following her curiosity to experience different cultures. Her passion for food led her to open a number of restaurants in Hanoi and Bangkok, to manage a Japanese-French Kaiseki restaurant in Singapore, and to learn the art of handmade soba in Hokkaido.  She enjoys providing joy through food and stories, and loves Hokkaido and Japanese ingredients. 

Syv is also a Butoh dancer and finds inspiration in the beautiful nature of Hokkaido. She published her first book, ‘Standing Naked in Front of You’, in 2017.

Niseko In-House Dining caters as well for your Wellbeing events such as Yoga Retreats, Happy Fasting & Juicing, Plant-based Cooking Workshops.  

Niseko In-House Dining loves Hokkaido nature and care for the people who call it home. Whenever possible, our vegetables come from local and/or organic farms in order to support the local economy and organic farmers. 

Niseko In-House Dining is also a tree planter, for present and future generations to enjoy. A percentage of your catering goes for tree planting. We have trees planted in the world through ‘Our Better World’ and ‘Tree Sisters’ organizations.
